If you are an entrepreneur, what motivated you to start your own business?
I think the saying about I’d rather work 100 hours for myself than 40 for someone else fits.. I love the freedom, being uncomfortable and having the ability to make change the way I believe will be most effective.

What failure taught you the most about life or business? What was the lesson?
There’s a long list of those.. my divorce: If I want my life to be different, then I have to make the change. Other people aren’t going to do it for me and I’m not going to be saved by someone. So many lessons in sales.. biggest lesson is persistence. Keep talking to people, keep asking.
