Robyn Fehrman is a global executive whose mission is to grow and scale impact enterprises to achieve positive systemic change. Known for her ability to lead organizations and teams with values at the center, her experience over nearly 25 years includes the social entrepreneurship, education, philanthropy, economic development, and global health sectors.

Robyn is currently President & CEO of Enactus, a global network of leaders committed to using business as a catalyst for positive social & environmental impact. Across more than 33 countries, Enactus educates entrepreneurial young people and accelerates their innovations to solve the world’s biggest problems and achieve the Global Goals.

Prior to Enactus, she served as Managing Director of the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she was the senior strategic, financial, and operational lead for a globally recognized social impact research and education center annually reaching nearly 1 million people from over 150 countries. She also led Teach For America – Eastern North Carolina as Executive Director during a time of pivotal growth, which included expanding the organization’s footprint to educate 25,000 students daily with funding that included a 675% increase in recurring public funds.

Her governance roles have included serving as Chair of the Board of Global Grassroots, a nonprofit social enterprise working in East Africa to catalyze women and girls as the leaders of Conscious Social Change in their communities through increasing access to clean water and serving on the Board of Medical Students for Choice, a U.S.-based nonprofit ensuring that reproductive healthcare, including abortion, is a standard part of medical education and training.

Robyn is currently a member of Chief, a private membership group for the most powerful women in leadership, and Meaningful Business, a global community of leaders combining profit and purpose to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Robyn received her Master of Public Administration degree and Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the proud mother of two children and lives in Durham, North Carolina, USA with her family.
