If you are an entrepreneur/self-employed, what motivated you to start your own business?

After years of working off the side of my desk, I accepted more invitations to meet and speak with women through organized events. Now, my work takes me all over the world to gatherings of women who desire more impact and influence. Little did I realize that I, too, yearned for a deeper connection and impact than my day job offered, which was my launching pad for entrepreneurship.

What does success mean to you?

Success is finding ways to shine your inner light with the world.

What is your mantra or favorite saying? (If it's a known quote, please let us know who said it first!)

I give myself permission to be me. What I have to share is unique. I was hand-selected to harness the gifts granted to me. I am honored to share my gifts with the world.

What failure taught you the most about life or business? What was the lesson?

One of my best lessons is that our life’s work is not to figure out the “how.” Our life’s work is to listen to the whispers we hear and respond to the nudges that are presenting themselves to us.

What's your favorite book - fiction or non-fiction! - in the past year?

Seeking: 74 Key Findings to Raise Your Energy, Sidestep Your Self-Doubts, and Align with Your Life’s Work (Smiling – this is my recent book and the only book I read over the last year as I have to go on a book diet while I am writing.)

If you could teach the world one five-minute lesson, what would it be?

Say Yes to Your Whispers! Making time in your schedule to step into what is calling you can be an easy way to fuel your light and align with your life’s work

Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently when you were first starting out?

I wish I realized and appreciated that every step along my journey was filled with lessons, insights, and purpose that brought me right here, with you, right now.

What does women's empowerment look like to you in action?

Women that trust their knowing and step into their light.

What would you tell 19-year-old YOU?

Enjoy the ups, downs and everything in between! And PS – have more fun!

What will 86-year-old you want you to know TODAY?

Slow down, watch the birds, smell the flowers and take more time to have fun and create more memories.

Does anyone call you by a nickname? What is it?

Everyone – JJ

Congrats! You just met a Genie in a Bottle. You get three wishes. One can be worth $0-100, one is worth $100,000, and one is worth $100 million. What are your wishes?

My wishes are for more women at more tables, leadership positions, and elected positions to increase the momentum in the ripple that started centuries ago.

What is your favorite place for our audience to reach you?

www.TogetherWeSeek.Online and www.JJDiGeronimo.com

What is your favorite quote? (It can be yours or from someone that you look up to.)

Each of us has unique gifts to share with the world. Don’t doubt yourself, your offerings, and your work. Your light is bright, and you are magical! JJ DiGeronimo
