Introducing the Ziva Voices Women Supporting Women Award

Women Supporting Women can be at times just a tagline. Between the taglines we can indeed find many women that have risen to the task.

March 8th is International Women’s Day, and at Ziva Voices, #womensupportingwomen is so  much more than a hashtag. In fact, it’s action or it’s nothing at all.

For us, celebrating women, and particularly during Women’s International Month, is a call to action. We’re excited to bring this commitment to life by presenting the first-ever “Women Supporting Women” award at our International Women’s Day speakers’ event in Lexington, Kentucky, on March 8th.

What is the “Women Supporting Women” award?

We want to recognize the remarkable women making a difference in the world. We’re inviting you to nominate an inspiring woman who deserves recognition for her contributions. The chosen nominee will receive a $500 award to support her business and/or creative endeavors.

Our nonprofit is not confined by borders, and neither is this award. You can nominate any woman, anywhere in the world.

The impact of our award goes beyond the monetary value. In addition to the $500 prize, many of your nominees will be considered for a feature in the quarterly Ziva Voices magazine and/or showcased on the Ziva Voices website. After all, our mission is to amplify the stories of women.

How to Nominate:

Don’t miss the chance to recognize the women who inspire you. You can nominate someone today by completing this application. You have until Friday, February 23rd, 11:59pm EST to submit your nominations.

Let’s transform Women’s International Month into a movement through meaningful actions. Join us in celebrating the women who embody the spirit of #womensupportingwomen.
